Phew, Long Time No Update!

From the looks of the Blog here, you could assume after adding NBA we went ahead and retired! Fortunately, that is not the case. Things have been very busy for us recently; we took a trip to California to demo our site to investors, we had to find a new TicketStumbler HQ (aka apartment) and said our goodbyes to new friends leaving for warmer climates following YCombinator among other things.

The site has experienced a few tweaks here and there, but the vast majority of work right now is being done on stuff behind the scenes as we get ready to add concerts and many other ticket genres to our site.  Some of this work will also culminate in a sizable contribution of code to an Open Source project, which I am quite excited about (more on that in another post).  That being said, bugs always take priority; if you come across any please contact us so we can get them fixed.

Once things get rolling again on the “stuff you can see” front there will be more frequent updates here. I need to get into this whole “blogging” fad, too!

NBA Added; More Venue Maps

To kick off the shiny new “New Stuff” blog here at TicketStumbler, I’d like to make the following two annoucements:

  1. NBA tickets are now available on TicketStumbler
  2. We have added many more venue maps to increase map coverage to the NHL and NBA

Incidentally, if you couldn’t tell, the “New Stuff” blog is where we will be posting, well, new stuff! This includes new features, changes to existing features, major bug fixes, and more. Think of this as our Company Blog.  I, Tom, will be your primary host here since Dan is usually busy over at the Password & Tickets Blog.  This blog will also host random rantings and ravings about topics surrounding TS.

Subscribe today! … or you’ll hurt my feelings :(   <– look he is sad!
