I hope everyone enjoyed last nights NFL Season Opener!  So this coming weekend is our first full weekend of college and the NFL, thank goodness.  I will be attending the Penn State vs. Oregon State tomorrow and am hoping the weather holds off and gives us a relatively dry day.  I am looking forward to a decent day of tailgating, with some beer pong, flip cup, hillbilly golf, and maybe even corn hole.  We usually start around 9 AM for our tailgate and with a 3:30 game time that gives us a good 5 hours of fun.  For those of you who will be watching at home make sure to check out the Weekly Top 10 page under College Football to see what games I feel will be fun to watch.  I really hope the Florida vs. Miami game turns out to be a barn burner!

Now onto the Week 4 College Football Picks for the weekend of September 20th.  All game times are EST and the TBA should be announced within a week.  I have the lowest price per ticket listed for each game and as you can see there are some good bargains.

  1. Georgia at Arizona State – 8:00 PM – From $75 – It will be interesting to see if ASU sneaks into the Top 10 for this game.  Hopefully the Sun Devils can pull an upset like UCLA did against Tennessee.
  2. Florida at Tennessee – TBA – From $138 – Almost every season these two teams battle it out for a very entertaining game, I am expecting more of the same.
  3. LSU at Auburn – TBA – From $129 – Tough away game for LSU, but it will be interesting to see if CBS makes this a late game.
  4. Miami at Texas A&M – 7:00 PM – From $45 – Miami will be looking to avenge the loss to A&M last season, this game will be on ABC so everyone will get a chance to watch.
  5. West Virginia at Colorado – 8:00 PM Thursday Sept. 18 – From $45 – The Mountaineers play two big Thursday Night games this year and this away game should be very intriguing.  Both teams could get some momentum from a win here entering conference play.
  6. Alabama at Arkansas – TBA – From $50 – Another CBS decision on the game time and solid prices for tickets.  I am banking on this being a day game and a good ole SEC bout.
  7. UCF at Boston College – 1:00 – From $5 – UCF has a few interesting games this season and I might be the only person who thinks they can upset a few teams this year.  Obviously the Boston College faithful have other plans for the weekend selling their seats for $5.
  8. Notre Dame at Michigan St. – 3:30 PM – From $90 – After a loss on the road to Cal, Michigan State will need a big win at home against the Irish.  The Spartans usually start seasons off strong and then tail off at the end.  A loss here could begin that downswing pretty early.
  9. Rutgers at Navy – 3:30 PM – From $27 – Another under the radar game for a lot of people.  I like the resurgence of Rutgers and Navy always competes well.  Enjoy the day in Annapolis before and after the game, you will never regret it.
  10. Iowa at Pittsburgh – TBA – From $18 – Bargain Basement Special of the week (for Iowa fans!).  An Iowa Alumni and friend of mine will attending this game and will definitely get a good deal on seats.  Pitt usually has a hard time selling out games and if a unique match up with the Hawkeyes doesn’t sell out, I really don’t know what will.
