After selling out every single playoff game and having one of those most excitable home crowds in baseball, Tampa Bay Rays fans have returned to form as World Series tickets have witnessed comparitively limited demand. Some have even sold for less than face value. Tampa Bay Rays tickets range from $200 for uppers to $4,000 for the best seats in the house. This is great news for Rays fans who thought they’d be priced out of the picture; although $200 is still a lot of money.
Philadelphia Phillies tickets are almost three times as expensive as the Ray’s tickets, ranging from $600 for the cheapies up to $4,000 for great seats. Either way these prices are cheaper than in years past where the worst Yankees/Redsox/Mets tickets sold for $1,000 a pop. If the Chicago Cubs had made it to the World Series, I can’t image how expensive their home game tickets would have been.
