We search thousands of ticket listings from hundreds of brokers and ticket exchanges across the internet and present the information in an easy to view and use format. What is the "100% Guarantee"?
At TicketStumbler, we only include tickets from provider who are committed to customer safety. All our providers offer a minimum of 100% money-back guarantee for tickets you pay for. Which means if anything goes wrong, you won't be left footing the bill!
Who do I contact if there's a problem with my order?
If you have any order problems, please contact your ticket provider directly. Remember TicketStumbler is not a ticket provider and carries no inventory.
How do I cancel my order?
Since we are exclusively a ticket search engine, no transactions take place on our website. All transactions are processed by the ticket providers included in our listings. To cancel an order please contact the site where your purchase was made.
Why are the tickets I selected no longer available for purchase?
A few ticket providers still do not support acquiring real-time results and for these providers, tickets are only updated roughly every three hours. This ensures we don't overload their websites. It also means results may be stale and tickets were bought in the intervening period. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about this.
Are service fees and shipping included in the price you show?
Due to the variability of service fees and shipping prices, we do not include them in our price listings.
How much does TicketStumbler cost?

Why are ticket prices for this event above face value?
This is definitely a possibility, especially for sold out events. When demand exceeds supply, prices go up. This is particularly true for the playoffs and marquee regular season match ups. TicketStumbler has no control over the prices listed by our ticket providers; however, we hope by listing as many tickets from as many sources as possible, you'll be able to find a good deal either way.
Why are ticket prices for this event below face value?
OK, so you're probably not too worried if this happens. The vast majority of events do not sell out, so you'll more than likely be able to find a deal for most regular season games. This is especially true for baseball games, small market teams and early season games.
Why don't you have the sport I want?
Right now we're only listing tickets for the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, College Football and College Basketball. However, we plan on adding more sports in the near future. Please check back soon!
Why don't you always link directly to the tickets?
Not all ticket providers allow us to link directly to tickets, or to their shopping cart. We wish this weren't the case!
